Local Stage of the National Artificial Intelligence Olympiad (ONIA)
The local stage of the National Artificial Intelligence Olympiad (ONIA) is primarily designed as a simulation and preparation stage for the actual olympiad, offering students the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the contest structure, problem typology, and difficulty level specific to the official competition.
The competition is intended exclusively for students from Romania.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
To be able to participate, each student must be enrolled at their school on the Olympiad platform.
Participation is not possible without this enrollment, as results are centralized at the educational institution level.
An important aspect of the local stage is its educational and open character:
after the contest concludes, the problems will be made public and will be available to all other contestants on the platform, thus offering opportunities for study, self-assessment, and additional preparation for subsequent stages.
The ONIA local stage is not just a contest, but a learning experience that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and interest in artificial intelligence, one of the most relevant technological fields of the present and future.
